J	Joanne Parke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Horrible experience from the start!! We decided to come up a day early and check in for an extra night, to get greeted by a very rude lady at reception! We then had to carry our luggage up the steps at the front of the hotel with no help as there was no ramp! Then when we got to our room it was very smelly and very old fashioned and honestly we didn’t feel safe so we found somewhere else to stay and checked out without half an hour. When we checked out we got told they couldn’t give us a refund which is a disgrace as we literally just added a night on and the room was not up to standards for a dog to stay in never mind a human!! Location is also very poor as it is a good mile away from everything
M	Maya Badrie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was blown away by the outstanding help and consideration of the man that works at the Desk Daniel. I booked for my partners birthday and he helped me every step of the way. If the manager reads this give that man a raise or a big bonus. Very thoughtful and made our stay special and stress free. We stayed for 1 night November 12th,2021. Rooms were clean, warm and the beds are absolutely perfect for my family. Sheets were clean and enough blankets to stay cozy warm. Bathrooms are bright and the shower is perfect. Pool and hot tubs were great. Tubs and sauna could be warmer but still very good. Our daughters loved it.

Front desk allowed kids to run up and down hallways and stairwells for hours on end into the night, disturbing their guests and unattended dogs in rooms. They did nothing until we complained around 10:30/11pm. Our room was also near the outside pool door which we heard opening and closing until about midnight. Terrible stay and terrible sleep. Upon complaining to the manager at check-out we were offered a measly 10% off and no apology given. In fact she argued that they did not allow kids the run up and down the hallways.... the parents did. I do not recommend staying here.
L	Lenny Vineham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family went to the Lobstick Lodge in Jasper in June of 2020 and we had an Excellent time. It is worth noting that this was the 1st week after Covid regulations were lifted so the animals were Abundant, it was perfect time....so, back to the Lobstick, the customer service there was Excellent! Our kids absolutely loved the guy who was attending to us most days, he went Above and beyond. When we go back to Jasper, we will be heading to the Lobstick :) Thank you.
A	Amanda Brunke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the lobstick a few weeks back. Staff were good. However, the hotel definitely needs a a face lift. The rooms felt more like a motel then a decent hotel in Jasper. The walls were very thin. We were on the main floor. But could hear almost everything above us. We were also on the way to the pool. So that created additional noise traffic. Definitely could be cleaner as well. The pool area definitely requires some extra care and a possible face lift there too. There is no restaurant on site. There is a little Cafe for coffee.
J	Jacob Dyck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an excellent place to stay. The interior was rather charming, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was super clean and comfortable. The outdoor hot tub was one of my favourite parts, the pool and sauna were great too and they weren't very busy any time I went.

The remote control in our room for the TV didn't work, and we were not provided the Wifi password upon check in - I had to call down and ask. We also discovered that the breakfast voucher we were given only covered for two people, despite the fact that we had a room scheduled for four. And no air conditioning - but thanks for the fans, I guess. I'd stay here if everywhere else was booked up.
R	Rachel Wasserman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were tidy, TV provided (we didn’t use it). Not many outlets in the room, and the kettle did not reach the wall outlet which was a little inconvenient. Bathroom was neat, did not have soap. Not very bright room. No microwave in standard rooms, but you can boil water which is good. Beds were comfortable. Fan was provided, mini fridge a good size. Overall, not a bad place to stay, good value for money.
