โ โ โ โ โ Scammers. Do NOT order items online! Same situation as Mike Terry below. I ordered an item online in a size SMALL as it showed it was available and in stock. My credit card was charged and the following week I receive a size MEDIUM (?) in the mail. I contacted their "online customer support" which was the worst ever. 1.) Why are you trying to get away with shipping out the wrong size to a customer who paid for a size small? Not only did you make the mistake of not keeping proper track of your inventory, then you continue to mess up the transaction by charging someone and trying to get away with shipping them a different size without informing them beforehand? You should send out an e-mail to your customers to notify them of your inventory mistake and refunded them immediately. You do not throw a different size in a bag and ship it out hoping you can keep the customers money, and hope they will not notice. (2) Your online customer service is the worst ever. The woman literally ended the chat while I was in mid-sentence after she tells me " sorry there's nothing we can do, we don't have any smalls but you can return it. " I had to waste more time and drive to a store to return what was THEIR mistake with zero apologies on their end. What a shameful, shady company trying to run a business like that. A complete waste of time. Will NEVER shop at a store that runs their business this way. Beware!

โ โ โ โ โ Very helpful and friendly staff. We went in for a backpack for my sister and we ended up sitting there having fun. One of the employees helped my mom find a nice pair of Dr Martins too! It was much better then being in the small cramped Dr. Martin store

โ โ โ โ โ Went back the other day to purchase a pair of shoes. Staffs were friendly and one girl kept apologizing for little things which weren't really necessary. It's certainly tough times at the moment with the pandemic recovery, a little extra patience from both customers/staff is all that is needed at the moment. Anyhow, they didn't have my size but offered to ship the size I was looking for from their website. Nice that they offered that secondary option. Thanks for the help and look forward to another visit.

Last winter I invested in a pair of boots, in the hope that they would last a few years. While in the store, I was advised that Blundstones had a 2 year warranty, which was a huge selling point as I walk everywhere.
Flash forward to this summer and I see that my boots are starting to wear down. I decided to look at the Blundstones website to find out about the details of this warranty.
There is none. The store lied to get the sale, and I wouldn't have bought the boots otherwise. I decided to politely go back and ask what was going on. My enquires were met with push back and utter denial, once the manager realized that he processed the transaction. I hadn't even asked for anything, but he was aggressive none the less.
Following this, I contacted the head office, who put me in touch with the regional manager. She seemed genuinely dissapointed with what had transpired, and offered to compensate me.
They offered me a $15 gift card, for miss-selling $300 boots.
Needless to say, I rejected the offer, and will be seeking a full refund.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff are friendly, store is clean โ MAKE SURE TO REVIEW YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING. I bought a pair of Nike's with a ticket price of $88 but got home to see I was charged $90 โ calling in they said I could come in to get the refund, but I won't have time to esp. not for $2.
They email you the receipt, so you won't get a physical copy. My mistake was I trusted the price
