I communicated with Richard via email and sent him an example of what I wanted based on a picture I found online. The work was flawless, service and communication was prompt and Richard was so pleasant to work with. My friend LOVED the flutes and was absolutely ecstatic when she saw her and her husband's names on them. She ended up taking them with her on her honeymoon! I will definitely be back for any gifts I need personalized in the future!
