β β β β β Stunning shop aesthetic complete with a second level lounge and shelves/displays full of big name juices and hardware. The store is well stocked with coils and accessories and the staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming.

The manager Always goes over and beyond expectations to make my vaping perfection and always having my juice in-stock when no one else will even try to order it! Hands down best vape store I have been too! And I have been to every single vape store in Victoria.

Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I frequent the Langford location habitually, beautiful space, immaculate cleanliness and Jason(the manager) is an absolute gem!

β β β β β The Langford location has the most wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly staff! Cassidy is a joy and so patient in answering any questions/comparing products so you know exactly what you're buying pertaining to your needs and feel confident in doing so. Due to new regulations a lot has changed and shopping for new products can be overwhelming, but my visits there have been so pleasant, easy and welcoming, it's the only place I'll shop! Great rewards program too and sales on Tuesdays!

β β β β β I dealt with the sweetest girl yesterday and I believe her name was Adriana? I had to ask a guy from another Simatech location what her name was so I hope that's right. She's got cute curly hair and was sooooo lovely! She tracked down these pods I needed, called another location and asked them to put them aside. She really just took the time to talk with me and didn't make me feel rushed out. She was genuine and made me feel like a valued customer despite the fact that I didn't even purchase anything here. I will DEFINITELY be back!!! Thank you!

β β β β β My first time visiting this location I was in crutches, with a broken knee. It was refreshing to see the owner exceed all expectations and to come outside to greet and help me with the door.
I have yet to enter this establishment without seeing the owner working alongside his team. There was no shortage in the ever-present staff, who all seemed happy to help. Without being overbearing, I was comfortable taking my time to look over the wide selection of flavours until I found something that stuck out for me.
All in all when I left, it wasn't without a smile, and I look forward to returning.

This location is much better than the Douglas St store, the staff are more friendly and welcoming in comparison.
