★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to the Langford location to see Teanna for microblading and WOW is she ever amazing! I love the relaxed vibe in her treatment room. There has not been a day since my first appointment in Nov 2020 that I have not been obsessed with the results! I highly recommend Teanna and I am so grateful for her talent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have yet to have a bad experience with kharma. I get my lashes tinted there and get my hair done and every time I'm sure happy about how it turns out. On top of the quality of the results, all the staff who work there are extremely friendly and make it an enjoyable experience to go and talk during appointments too.

I came in needing a colour correction after a bad hair appointment and wanted beaded weft hair extensions to add length and volume to my hair after struggling with thin hair for a while. She made my hair dreams come true ?. Amazing blending, colour on point, and such friendly service. The photos speak for themselves!!! I wanted a natural, highlighted, blended look and I got exactly that. I feel so confident with my new hair, thanks Kenzie!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked online as it had been over a year since my last haircut. I booked the Elite cut with Kim, and was thankful I did. She not only was super friendly and kind, but she is an AMAZING stylist!
I had mostly given up on doing much with my hair, and most days it ends up in a braid or ponytail. She made me feel beautiful today, and I can't wait to enjoy doing my hair again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment felt a little rushed, had a few people ask if I had cut my own hair as it's pretty uneven in the front. I wear my hair straight so it seems obvious to me. Perhaps I missed a coat hook, ended up putting my purse on the floor on top of some wires for the appointment.
