★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice building but they allow residents to smoke inside so coming home each day was a strong smell of second hand smoke and the property management doesn't care or do anything about it. Not an ideal place to call home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Veterans Memorial side gets really hot in the sun and the traffic is loud. Some people smoked in their units so expect to smell marijuana in your unit at times. No fob. The location was decent though and the traffic lights made it easier to get somewhere during busy traffic periods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great building. Recently updated with fob entry system. It has two entries, each with their own elevator, (one for the wing and one for the tower) which can be confusing to people visiting, but you get used to it pretty quickly. Other pluses include a buzzer system, secure underground parking, decent storage space, and even a running track on the roof.
