I came in today for the first time since starting to transition and the man at the desk recognized me and was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and he didn't make a big deal out of it at all. I'm bad with names but whoever was working today around 4 deserves a raise!

However they just hired a new employee named Julian who has changed my mind about vapour solutions. My partner recently bought coils off this specific employee and was sold the wrong ones, it was a huge hassle returning them, and Julian took no accountability. I recently switched to Nostalgia vape juice, and have been getting to know the flavours, I went in and asked to try pucker apple razz, I however dislike menthol. I asked if this flavour had menthol in it and was told it did not. I tried it and it definitely had menthol in it. I brought it back the next day to hopefully exchange it. I was told by Julian they do not do exchanges, I was pretty frustrated as this was a mistake of the employee and felt there should be some accountability. Julian argued with me about the juice containing menthol, I had to show him on their own website that the flavour is even described as having a cooling effect. He refused to give me the managers name or number, and told me to call the Langford location. He was hostile, condescending and completely ruined my experience of vapour solutions. I would train this employee on both juice Knowledge and customer service skills. He made the experience personal when it was just a matter of exchange. Sorry vapour solutions. But you’ve lost my business. Cheers

Gained a new customer as my neighborhood vape shop has 0 knowledge on their own products Edit: they keep one upping themselves. My last 10 interactions have all been great. Ignore the one bad review I read. New employees happen. To write an entire story disparaging the store as a whole versus speaking to the manager directly shows their incompetence.
