★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to the amazing staff here! They are kind, professional and efficient. Appointments only! You must book online on the LifeLab website. Only two people are allowed in the waiting room, so you must wait outside the LifeLab's door until a staff member calls you in. You can also submit your requisition form via email in case you don't have a printout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were cold, rude unfriendly and uncompromising. Ran into a traffic problem en route for a 3:50 appointment and showed up at 4:01 to be told they closed at 4pm and wouldn't see me. Didn't even have the decency to make eye contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of 2 staff on duty 1 was really nice and helpful. The other was rude and cold. Efficient in conducting their tests but I felt like I was a burden to their day. And to be chastised about wearing a non medical mask to my appointment... as I watch that none of the rooms are wiped down after each client. And staring at crushed cheerios cereal on the floor as blood is taken from my arm. This staff needs to get their priorities straight.

Didn’t even feel the needle going in. One of the best LifeLabs I’ve been to.
Update: I went in today for the second time and I had the same technician. Same great experience, from the moment you check in you get a sense that this location runs very well.
Thank you Erica for a very pain free experience. You are the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in early Feb 2022 for bloodwork. Eleanor did a great job :-) She was polite & understanding. I don't like having blood drawn & haaate needles but it barely hurt. Didn't even notice she'd switched vials to extract a 2nd one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for blood work, waited only 10 minutes for a walk in appointment. They were accommodating for my medical condition at the front desk. Sonal who took my blood is so kind and went above and beyond when I felt faint, she made sure I was comfortable as I could be and stayed with me, one of the best blood technicians I’ve had for sure.
