He laughed at my trade in when I told him what it was and then laughed AGAIN when I told him the mileage, kept us waiting for 20 minutes when we had a set appointment and the car we wanted to test drive was dead and couldn’t even drive it.
We then made it to finance only to be told the finance was gone for the night. So we could not even buy the vehicle that evening. Disappointed with the treatment we received.

The sales person Ephraim was excellent and atttended to my needs.
The only issue with the transaction was that when I showed up on 2 occasions to test drive the car … it was not there. Driving from the West Island to Ahuntsic 2 times for no reason was not fun but Epharim was helpful in working out payment details and other concerns.
Happy with the car and sales person but not overly thrilled with the issues if having the suv there when I showed up.
