★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP! Please read the reviews before buying a car from this dealership. They have horrible reviews for a reason. They will lie and scam you. My boyfriend and I flew from Moncton to Laval to get a Dodge Charger from them. They had stated several times that it was in perfect condition. When we got there the car had been spray painted and had dark black runs all over that were visible from across the street. It was an eye sore. The sales people lied and said they didn’t realize the car looked like this ( obviously a lie). They were being extremely sketchy about getting it fixed so we just left. They then kept calling us to offer us cars that didn’t have any of the things that we wanted. We have already bought a car from a different dealership but this entire experience was a waste of time and money and as a person in sales, I can’t imagine being this disingenuous.

I came to return an 11 dollar bulb, the manager denied to return it under the suspicion that I MAY BE bringing keep their new bulb and return a used one.

I changed the winter tire on this monday. after there done, I drove the car on my way , the caution indicate all of the tire pressure just 1.8-1.9! this is too dangers to get these service like that. if there is any accident when driving, this shop were sued! strongly dont recommendment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was placed in the perfect car. It is a brand new car and my customer service rep, Barshawn Datta handled me very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. He is even approachable out of his office hours and helped us with all the finance clearance process. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was booked for a test drive and initial meeting for a vehicle.
During my meeting set up representative mentioned that vehicle must be ordered without telling the delay which I expected shouldn’t be longer than 3 -4 months
However upon arrival I ve been told that it will be 8 months(if its not more)
This is not an acceptable way of communication. They should communicate delay issues upfront when initial inquiry made.
Make sure you ask the internet or phone agent to provide you delivery timeline before driving to dealer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service at first point was great, however the seller that ordered my Jeep 4XE no longer works here. They told me my order would be ready in 90 days, I'm now 6 months waiting. I do understand the delays, but this dealership completely ignores you if you try to call for an update. It's almost like they do it on purpose not to call you back. I have been trying for months to get a simple status update on my order. The secretary tells me someone will call back but no one even bothers to call you back. It's sad how this dealership doesn't even care. I'd be willing to update my review if they can at least have the courtesy to call me back. Ricardo is supposed to be the one taking care of my order. The one time I saw him he was unwelcoming. I had to go in person 3 months ago to attempt to get an update, and that led me nowhere. I do not recommend this place as it stands right now. Maybe they can redeem themselves If they even bother to let me know when the truck comes in. I have no trust in them whatsoever. Also 4 years ago this place was called Premium and even then the service was terrible.
