★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service, I reserved a truck for my moving and they change the date at the last minute. Really disappointing, I'm currently trying to contact them but they are not answering, they seam to have no organisation, very unprofessionnal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. A few minutes before my reservation, I was already on my way there. They call me to tell that my truck won't be available there and I need to go to another location. I specifically chose this location for convenience purposes and now they are relocating my reservation to another freaking far place with no metro close to whatsoever. I urge you, stay away from these guys. No respect for customer choices at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a disgusting experience with U-Haul in general and U-Haul Saint-Michel. I reserved a truck 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE for a one way move to another city and was called the day before and told they did not have one. They had no solutions. I learned that U-Haul usually overbooks and lets customers deal with the issues this causes. I would recommend using any other truck rental service if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody inspected the truck before we left and on the rental form the clerk marked the gas gauge as being at a quarter tank, when in fact it was below the quarter line. I made sure that the tank was at the same level when it was returned and was still charged 15$ for gas by uhaul. I contested this, even sent a picture of the gauge as proof that it had not been at a quarter at the time of departure from the depot and I was still denied a refund. I’ll never go to this location again.
