★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My credit card expired. Instead of reaching out to myself or my wife, they double locked our unit and suspended our access code. We only found out months later when we needed out Christmas tree and ornaments that we owed somethinf like 5 months in bsck payments. We didn't change address, phone number, and email. This happened about 2 years ago. We promptly paid whatever was owed, removed our things and called to inform them that our locker was empty and that we would no longer be doing business with them. A few months later, we receive an email telling us that we owed them something like 3 months in bsck payments for an empty locker on an account that should have been closed.
A few minutes ago I received an email from their marketing department requesting we rate our experience and how likely we would be to recommend them to people we know . If it wasn't for this email, I would have never thought to come here and post my horror story. Maybe running a marketing campaign for such a garbage company isn't a good idea. The email enraged me and made me take time out of my night to post this review. I hate depotium and WOULD NEVER use their services again.
Be warned, you will eventually get screwed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Depotium Montreal Nord is the worst storage company I have ever had the experience of using. Hidden fees and surprise charges were the norm. Incompetent communication between management employees and clients. No ventilation, so extremely hot and often smells moldy or rotten, elevator is probably from the early 1980s and overall a very anxious feeling leaving your belongings in their hands. They will only call you back if it is in their interest to get more money out of you. Never use this business, pick any other storage company or pay a friend to use their garage if you can before MAYBE picking DEPOTIUM AS A LAST RESORT. It made me put one star but i would have chose 0 if i could. Classic depotium.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rent a 5x5 unit there since we moved in Montreal in 2012, which means over 6 years. Great they accept tires, many don't. Basically they offer a good service, with unfortunately punctual increases of rent, would be nicer if they had long term rebate for recurring revenue customer like us. I recommend that place
