R	Ricky Bagga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE. Especially the evening staff (5:00pm) onwards. I recall a time when I used their automatic wash, and while exiting the wash bay, some rust coloured water from the door dripped all over my car. Like a reasonable person, I went inside and showed the attendant. The attendant was SO RUDE when dealing with me and he did nothing about the problem. I know this place is convenient for people that live in Heritage Pointe, but I much rather make the drive out to Walden or Cranston. Also, they changed their hours to close at 9pm, because business is slow... they should realize that maybe if they gave their customers good customer service, they would be more busy.
C	Clive HD Homer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A young Male attendant at the desk would not redeem my lottery tickets until I had put them though the self checking scanner. I said that I had checked them on my APP and they where winners. But at this point his voice started to elevate. I repeated that they where winner and where already checked them... at which point he was shouting at me.... I'm not taking this from anyone, but even after proving them again with HIS scanner he didn't let it go and kept barking at me..... I had not much of a choice at this point so I proceeded to get my Ice cream and lotto tickets, purchase but left him with a piece of my mind. What ever happened to Customer service obviously this guy has now lost Kimmer all my future fuel business..... this is the Kimmer Country at Heritage Point.....AVOID AT ALL COST...unless you like being shouted at......
W	William Nikolic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and violently aggressive elderly cashier! I was using the car wash and put in 3 dollars. The machine only counted the first 2 dollars and apparently is only set for increments of 2 dollars and will not provide change. There is no signage or warning stating this. There was a line up of cars and i didn't want to hold other people up so i went inside and asked if the attendant could get me my loonie back. This employee not only refused to help me but also stated in so many words that i was probably lying about putting money into his machine. I asked him to check his camera which is situated in the bay in order to verify that i indeed inserted payment. After a brief argument he stated that there was no camera. When i asked to talk to the manager he said " Manger will be in tomorrow and i could take it up with him." I went back to the bay and waved at the camera that watched me wash my car. After this clearly angry and rude attendant made a scene another customer agreed to use my time and i traded him for a loonie. This establishment should be ashamed of the verbal abuse i had to deal with. There needs to be customer service and not customer neglect and abuse. I invite the owner to check the camera and see how i was treated and maybe then this employee will be disciplined. There are numerous complaints regarding his service and clearly it is being ignored.

I've been going there since it opened and most of the "owners" are tolerable but a couple staff are intolerable. One male induvidual in particular. I've had many conversations at the gas pump and no one wants to go in there unless they have to. For me this is not a local business worthy of support unless they start to change their attitudes towards customers

Having a meltdown because the peanuts I purchased wouldn't scan and acting like it was my fault. Then I ordered lottery tickets which she did incorrectly. She didn't ask if I was done purchasing tickets and when I said I also wanted 6/49 as well she rolled her eyes and did a big sigh because she had already totalled. Then when she printed those tickets she rudely asked, "Now are you done". Good cashiers typically ask "is that everything" before they total. This woman wouldn't make eye contact and was extremely ignorant. I have been going there for years and while the customer service isn't great, it was never this bad. She didn't even offer me a bag and impatiently watched while I gathered up all my items into my arms. I will never go back.
T	Tim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This car wash works really well. They have several self serve bays plus an automatic touch less car wash. The only bad part is they ask you to use 2 bucks to start the car wash, so if you have to advance one bay to make room for someone to come in behind you to be polite you end up wasting a few bucks as a result for no good reason. In discussions with the owner he indicated his reasons for this and he was very silly about why. I recommend to not let the coin machine time out and not advance to the next bay as both these things cost you extra cash. Other wise its well maintained and works good.
M	Michael Spyker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like others have pointed out, the staff here are rude, cold, inconsiderate and generally unpleasant to deal with. Once, asking for change for the car wash, they didn't have enough in the drawer but insisted next time I return they'd give me the remainder -- the next time that never happened, they denied ever seeing me. The shelves are pretty sparsely stocked as well -- really only an 'emergency' type place.
