Need a New Receptionist, always rude, and talks over you when you ask her a questions, and if she doesn't like what you have to say she will just hang up on you and leave you stranded in getting your prescription filled.

Doctor Way is very knowledgeable, nice and put you first. I had a surgery at the hospital and check in before and after that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had great care from my doctor, but the reception is very hard to deal with! Constantly calls are disconnected, hung up on, on hold for 20+ minutes, and on top of that have received very rude attitude from the receptionist. I love my doctor but it’s so painful trying to have any communication with the clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Jeff is fantastic. I’ve just started to come to see Dr Jeff as I’ve recently moved to Calgary. He’s extremely nice and understanding. In fact, I was there today to get a minor procedure done. He wanted to consult with a fellow Dr who commented on how well he did. I am very grateful to have a met Dr Jeff.
