O	OKOTOKS SALES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night I pulled into the car wash at 915. Closes at 930 and the gas station closes at 10. At 930 pm the dot the older Asian approached me and told me to hurry up with 2 and a half minutes on the wash. I appologise and agreed to finish up. I'm a polite and respectful person. With 2 minutes left that were paid for i put away the wand and grabbed my passenger mat. At the same time he approached me again and asked me if the driver mat was my mat ... I said yes and he replied w "Ok ok hurry up and go !" I didn't respond very nicely and plainly asked of he was $#@!ing kidding me? He continued to shoo me out ... and tell an to hurry up. I let him know I won't be back ever to purchase anything from there With all of that I was still out of there pissed off of course by 9:34
W	William Nikolic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and aggressively rude cashier! I was using the car wash and put in 3 dollars. The machine only counted the first 2 dollars and apparently is only set for increments of 2 dollars and will not provide change. There is no signage or warning stating this. There was a line up of cars and i didn't want to hold other people up so i went inside and asked if the attendant could get me my loonie back. This employee not only refused to help me but also stated in so many words that i was probably lying about putting money into his machine. I asked him to check his camera which is situated in the bay in order to verify that i indeed inserted payment. After a brief argument he stated that there was no camera. When i asked to talk to the manager he said " Manger will be in tomorrow and i could take it up with him." I went back to the bay and waved at the camera that watched me wash my car. After this clearly angry and rude attendant made a scene another customer agreed to use my time and i traded him for a loonie. This establishment should be ashamed of the verbal abuse i had to deal with. There needs to be customer service and not customer neglect and abuse. I invite the owner to check the camera and see how i was treated and maybe then this employee will be disciplined. There are numerous complaints regarding his service and clearly it is being ignored.

This location recently updated the self service car wash and it was worse than the original set up! the pressure is the same as a garden hose, And can’t even see the “soap” when spraying on car. I would recommend you save your money and use a decent car wash with antiquate pressure and not completely cheap out on soaps, waxes and other cleaning Solutions just to make a extra money. wouldn’t not recommend the self service to ANYONE.
