The pumps said that fuel had to be prepaid before filling so I went inside to prepay. The employee there gave me a blank stare for what felt like an eternity then told me to fill up then pay after. I tried to fill up but unsurprisingly the pump didn't work. I just went across the street to Shell instead.

Come to this Husky location if you are allergic to Husky's premium 94 octane fuel. There is non to be found for months at a time. The employees inside are of no use either since they do not appear to be fully conscious of their current whereabouts, so questions about when more premium fuel will come are out of the question. You will be met with straight-faced lies or bouts of extreme confusion if you ask why they never seem to have 94 octane fuel. You can feel your brain suffering as you try to comprehend their business model. If regular fuel and outdated food products are what you enjoy, this Husky is an outstanding business that deserves your hard earned dollars.

I prepaid for gas but I was charged for the full amount I prepaid for even though I did not fill up to this amount. I phoned the store to dispute the transaction. The service agent I talked to was rude and exasperated with me and abruptly hung up with a "Thank you!"

Went to fill my tank up and the sign on the gas pump says to prepay. Went in and was told to pump and then pay. While filling the tank it overflowed everywhere, went to tell the dude at the counter about this who replied "yeah yeah I know, that's why there's a sign". I replied "there's no sign". He argued with me and then we went out to look at the pump where he said this magical sign was. He pointed to the piece of tape on the pump and said "see this is where the sign was". No apologies, argued more about a sign that we should have known about-but didn't exist. He said someone stole the sign and someone is fixing it later today. Not helpful and unapologetic, and my shoes smell.

Beyond rude staff. Whoever closed the store on July 16th, 2021 was tremendously rude. Stopped to use the washroom (I have health issues) and buy some drinks. β€œGet out of there. I’m closing.” He yelled through the door after hammering on it. That’s the only thing he said to me. No β€œhello” no β€œsorry, I’m closing”. Didn’t have the chance to buy anything, as he was already closed with the lights off, before I got out of the washroom. Closed 15 minutes early, I might add. I will never return, nor support Husky again. I’d give less than zero stars if possible.
