★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lam is the worst Doctor, worst bedside manner, arrogant and doesn’t listen. He was incredibly rude to me. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone! He needs to get off his high horse! Awful awful!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely heartless and careless front staff. I called today to confirm if they take walk ins and explained why I was going in. Got myself and one year old son ready in 5 mins to have him checked. I missed the walk in cut off by 5 mins and she wouldn’t accept us. Time to go to the hospital and wait hours because we were turned away for a quick visit to the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was ZERO stars, they definitely deserve it!! What an AWFUL clinic! Came in as a walk in for my son, checked in and then they had me wait over half an hour to tell me they can see us anymore. Just plain AWFUL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Are these actually doctors? My doc DID NOT even look at the issue. He just walked in. Said a couple of things and walked away. Ex: "Your job is dirty. You need to shower more often"
By the way, it was an allergic reaction. Perhaps, if you actually looked at the issue, you would have had a better answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m giving 5 star to the doctor here , The doctors here helped me many years, I’m always sick and only have time during the weekends , most of the time Doctors will be there when I just do a walk-in. However I’m really questioning the integrity of the front staff. First when I ask The front staff if the doc can fax prescription across province, she told me “no”, I didn’t believe her so I try to book a phone appointment, she told me first I can’t make a phone call to the doctors since I am not in Calgary, after I keep insist to make a phone appointment, she finally did. And my doctor just faxed me the prescription after the phone call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've had Dr. Tsang for 4 years and we love him. He's very easy going, listens to all of our health issues and is thorough on finding a solution. He never rushes us out the door and he is great with my kids. My oldest son hates getting needles, but he likes it when Dr. Tsang does it.
The front staff is always very polite and I never have a problem making appointments.
We've used this clinic a few times as walk-ins when Dr. Tsang wasn't available and were happy with the care we received every time. Wait times can be long, but that isn't unusual in my experience. Good clinics are busy ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic for the past 5 years and dr Kim has been our family doctor for almost a decade.
Before Dr Kim; I was bouncing for one family doctor to another for 15 years; as most of the doctors I came across was not the right fit for justifiable reasons. So when I found dr Kim, the first visit was like love at first sight. He was very understanding, compassionate, knowledgeable and empathetic towards our family situations mainly towards divorce, mental health, specially our autism journey. My son and I will be forever grateful for all the things dr Kim was able to do for us over the years. He will not be thriving (me as well) if it wasn’t for all the help he has done for us.
I live in the nw now and will 45 mins drive to the clinic if it means to keep him as our family doctor. Also want to mention the amazing front staff who’s always willing to help and assist. I have come across some rude front staff over the years and in my opinion the front staff are way far from all bad reviews they have received.
Thank you Seton Medical Clinic. My family and I are very grateful for everything you guys do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give them 0 stars. Honestly! It's so hard to book an appointment with them that you have to book them weeks, and I mean WEEKS in advance. I don't feel they look at their patients very thoroughly and because it seems they're so busy and have wayyy too many patients to manage they're rushing through the ones who see them. They're really strict on their late policy too as it seems that other reviewers have experienced that as well. Like they'll turn you away for being a few minutes late. What kind of medical clinic does that? I've been a patient with Dr. Lee a couple times and gave him multiple chances but his bedside manner is not up to par at all. Very rude and doesn't listen to his patients and feels like he's very narrow minded. Overall not a good experience at all and will be looking to switch my designated clinic.
