★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was there and Dr. Lee did not give me any solution to my health problem. He just recommend me to visit my family Doctor. Then what is the roll this person plays if he can not give solutions? He does not look as he wants to help others as he is just trying to finish with you right away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this clinic from out of province (Sask). First, they charged me $60 for the visit. They should not have as our provinces have mutual billing agreements. The visit itself was fine, i got the treatment I needed for simple bronchitis.
When I asked for a receipt they told me they could not print one, they had to email it. I gave them my email for the purpose of getting a receipt.
It has been 2 weeks and I have not received a receipt. What I have received is multiple spam emails, which I did not consent to, from their client management system. It is trying to get me to sign up an account on their system. I do not want an account.
I tried to reply to their email... It does not accept incoming emails. I found their info@ email on their website... it rejected my email. I phoned them, and was told that I had to sign up an account on their system, and THEN I could download my receipt. Essentially, I have to give more personal information to a company that has already mishandled the personal information that I have given them, all so I can get the payment receipt for money that I was not supposed to be charged for in the first place.
I don't care how good the doctors are. I cannot ever recommend a business with practices like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in last Saturday saw an oriental doctor not sure his name. Came in for a sore throat unable to talk very well, he asked if I had acid reflux and I said sometimes but not all the time. Checked my throat over again and basically said well your sore throat is called by your acid reflux and you have post nasal drip. I asked are you sure its not Strep throat he says yes, but keep in mind he NEVER did a swab test so how would he really know?! I then asked what should I do because I can't sleep at night because of this, his response is just use a humidifier and then sent me on my way. Monday arrives and my sore throat issue is WORSE than ever! I made an appointment with my family doctor and what she states is NOT what he told me, its definitely NOT acid reflux and she did a Strep throat test unlike this doctor who choice not too. My lymph nodes were so swollen and are still today how could you NOT miss that! She was able to prescribe me medication for my issue which I will not state publicly what it is. This oriental doctor wanted to prescribe me acid reflux pills which I said no to, because I didn't trust his judgement thankfully I listened to my gut feeling. I was not impressed with this doctor at ALL and will likely not be going back in the near future! If I need to go to a walkin I will go elsewhere not like this place.

Edit: my family doctor from this clinic recently moved to Ontario. I went and saw a male doctor who I believe was Dr. Lam. I was fairly disappointed with his abruptness and how quickly he got me out of his office. He didn’t really seem to care what I had to say and made me feel like my issues weren’t really issues. I drive 35 minutes across the city to go to this clinic because they have always been so good. I will never come back.
Many people I know see Dr. Kim and I’ve heard amazing things about him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes it is a new building and yes it looks nice, but that will wear off with time. The layout is in my opinion is terrible. Parking is not good, there is free parking but it is rarely free due to the people visiting the hospital across the street There is parking within the building but for some reason on the ground floor, there are approximately 20 stalls blocked so parking is not allowed. Again, there is rarely a spot to park. Of course it is NOT free - Impark. So, cross your finders for a parking spot on the ground floor. Signage is horrible as to where additional parking is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful new building located just across the street from the new South campus Hospital. I had to go in for an X-ray. There is fee two hour parking in front of the building and there was lots available. The building (and washrooms) were clean and well maintained. HINT: They also have their own public parking.
