★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable here. Much better than Chestermere and Strathmore stores, avoid those at all costs!
I found the selection here to be good and the staff to be helpful and engaging and able to put together suggestions for your evening.

If they are busy, get ready to be yelled at and when you go to pick the correct item because all the items are all over the place, they will make you wait until they feel like it to ring you through. No smiles. I will drive double the distance to get better service at another location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll keep this short. They sold me freezer burnt chicken and wanted nothing to do with making things right. I was treated as I was wasting their time. Two visits, two days and four opened boxes of spoiled meat later they finally returned my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man working the store today was incredibly rude. I asked about the steaks that were on sale for $5.00, he rudely said that there would be no such item that would be so cheap. After pointing out to him the product that I had already bought earlier in the week, he reluctantly went to the back to go and check for more; upon returning came back empty handed and said that it was such a great deal he should go and pick up some. There was no apology for his assumptions of me looking for "cheap" product, and there was no information provided about other items on sale.
Going to another location I was offered a steak deal, or a lemon meringue pie deal for spending over $35.00. This was NEVER offered at this Willowpark location. I will never return to this location, this is not the first time that the customer service was deplorable; with assumptions being made that I am "cheap" customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a package of the Bacon wrapped Filet Mignons. I Defrosted the meat and when I opened the packaging the meat was ROTTEN (see photos). I called the location to ask for a refund and also for them to check their stock as I wouldn't want someone else to purchase rotten meat. They said to call back Monday as the manager was not in - the people I spoke with did not seemed to be very concerned, I left 2 voicemails and have yet to hear back. I decided to contact M&M Meats via their portal on their website - I have still not heard back from anyone. I am very disappointed in the lack of concern and customer service they have provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont buy meat this gray at the grocery store. When was this frozen? Very unappealing, especially with rising prices, you won't see me back here again. I thought they had fresh meat to buy but apparently not anymore, just frozen brown meat.
