★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a "WASHABLE" wool duvet one year ago. I was assured that it was machine washable. It was finally time to wash it one year in, for the first time ever. I washed it on gentle, in very cold water, with one drop of wool wash. I was more careful than they advised me to be. It came out FULLY FELTED and unusable. I sent an email to the store a month ago, but they never bothered to get back to me. I guess they don't stand by their word or their products. It's overpriced anyhow, and I will not be back.
