She helped me pick out my wedding band and they also resized it. Great, quality work, and excellent service. She offers you honest feedback and has been in the industry for such a long time that she is very knowledgeable. Since she helped me with the wedding band I have brought other jewellery to be fixed and purchased other items as well. Their pricing and quality matches up unlike some of the chain stores nearby ! I highly recommend going and asking for Debbie!

My husband bought my engagement ring there and we recently had a custom upgrade completed of my ring for our 10 year anniversary! The craftsmanship by Kieu is outstanding and the transformation is unbelievable. They preserved the beauty of my original ring but refreshed it! Debbie was super friendly and patient with me as we thought out best designs. Thank you, thank you thank you! Highly recommend for all jewellery needs.

They were very patient with me and explained all of my options to make me feel confident in choosing the perfect ring. I ended up with a custom ring that my wife loves since it's one of a kind! We also came back to get our matching bands here. We highly recommend this store.

She doesn't pressure you into anything and is willing to explore all options. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Debbie before the other chain jewellery stores in the mall.

They are the only Jewllery store I could find with the right equipment to bring silver back to life.... !!!!ILL BE BACK !!!

Their care is thoughtful & they go out of their way to be sure you get what you want & are happy. I will deal with them only for all my Jewellry needs. I just wanted to add an extra not to say Thank you for the beautiful workmanship, customer service & just genuinely kind, thoughtful & helpful staff here. I took my husbands family ring in as a stone had fallen out twice. I did not buy it at Kahns, but they were amazing. Not only did they help me redesign the ring a bit, but added gold so the stones will never fall out again. The ring turned out stunning along with rings I needed repairs done to. They only had 2 weeks before Christmas & somehow got all the work done In time. Amazing family owned business. Thoughtful, kind, helpful & just beautiful staff. Highly recommend you take a look & talk with staff before going anywhere else in Guelph. ❤❤❤
