A friend bough a pair of $175 earrings and the diamond fell out. She took them back and they refused to repair even though they were under warranty. They said that it was there fault and they must have managed them. When the earrings were purchased they said there would be warranty on them. What is the point of warranty and spending so much on a product the company wont honor anyway!

Worst customer service and exchange policy!!! Went in with my fiance' to buy a basic set of Swarovski earrings, the sales Manager convinced us to buy the stores own brand saying it was much more durable especially if your going to wear it in the shower. As soon as we got home and took it out of the box the stone fell out, you could see all the glue from where this item had previously been repaired. We went back less than 12 hours later to EXCHANGE it, for the Swarovski one we originally wanted. The same Store manager told us since it was broken she would not exchange it!!! she was very rude and confrontational, and would not give us any contact info a superior or customer care. Attached is a copy of the the exchange policy, let me know what you think??? we called around and apparently this store has had many complaints about fake or tampered merchandise. Hope this helps someone else, just beware!!!

I passed by the store all the time and I decided to come inside to see what they have to offer. The staff made me feel comfortable and took the time to help me find a ring. I came out with the biggest smile on my face, I would definitely come back . 5 star customer service

I bought an engagement ring here and paid to have it properly sized. After proposing and my fiancee putting the ring on they sized it one size too small!

I originally had a 5 star review for this store but now I want nothing to do with them! After they took my money for a ring I was assured could be resized I then got a phone call from them saying the ring could not be resized. I was then denied my money back and had to pick out another piece. The second ring I got with it came in and broke during the first try on after a resize! They charged me for a repair and got me a new one where once again during the first try on a stone fell out! After waiting for lockdown to pass I then came back in wanting a refund and the lady I spoke with started shouting at me with every lie she could think of to prevent refunding me. I had to pick something else out. I now can't even trust if their jewelry is real or not. After spending thousands of dollars here I will now say I am never coming back and reccomend anywhere else over this evil slimy jewelery shack. UPDATE: The day after I wrote this after picking up my exchange from my awful experience I am now sitting here with another cheap broken piece of jewelry and I now see that the silver and jade stones were being held together by glue, and the stones broke in pieces after washing my hands once for the first time. I haven't even had it for 24 hours yet

They repaired a silver fastener on my son’s necklace, it was supposed to be silver clasp. The replacement took at least 3x longer than promised and it tarnished two weeks later so obviously not silver as we had paid for. When I called in to discuss, the lady hung up on me after being very rude. Im going to say that this shop is not to be trusted..

I was there yesterday to buy a gift for Mother's Day. The lady was attending to two customers, and I patiently waited for 15 minutes browsing around the store. At any moment, she said, "one moment, I will help you shortly". Once she was free, she did not acknowledge me, even when I asked her about Mother's Day gift ideas - she preferred to keep doing paperwork instead of helping me. I still stayed around for 4-5 minutes, and she did not offer help. I was so determined to buy a jewel; however, I left the store frustrated due to this horrible "non-customer service". NOT RECOMMENDED. Don't wat your time!

Worst customer service I ever had! The seller(she) would not show me the rings I want to see and kept pointing to other rings to buy. She even had me try the rings she picked! It took her a while to figure which ring I was pointing to and when she finally did, she pretended I didn’t say anything and directed me to other rings. Then I picked another ring and explicitly asked her to show it to me. She said β€œ sorry madam, this one is so expensive I won’t take it to show it to you..it will be a problem if it fell or something” …. I was speechless frustrated and very angry. I kept my calm and complained to Swarovski customer service. They were so great with me! They contacted the mall department to take the right action. They told me this store is a third-party reseller of their pieces so it will be up to their (department in charge) discretion. However they (Swarovski NOT this seller) offered me an apology gift card.
