R	R T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just left the store without buying anything. For some reason, the person helping me kept saying "this is very expensive". When I asked to look at the necklaces they have, he said "better stick to silver, because gold are very expensive". I didn't mind it at first, because gold is indeed expensive - moreso than silver - and I did tell him that my budget is no more than $200. But, when I asked to see their bracelets, again he blurts out, "this is very expensive" in a very dismissive manner. And when I asked to look at their watches, he goes, "yeah we have citizen watches here that do not require batteries, but they are very expensive". Needless to say, I just left without buying anything and I don't think I will ever be back. And, you guessed it, I am a visible minority.

Whomever I dealt with seemed annoyed to have to deal with me, and was just simply a miserable person. He seemed far more interested in helping a guy who was looking at engagement rings. I get it's a bigger sale, but I am still a customer. I had every intention of buying something there but after dealing with him I left instead, and got something for around the same price at Ella Lynn's across the street. I won't make the mistake of stepping in this store again.

I've only taken it off twice since I've purchased it, no quality issues whatsoever. It's sterling silver so it really doesn't get tarnished at all, as expected. I hope to continue wearing it for years to come.
