If we pay this much money it should not be changing my skin to black ! The ladies did not want to help out in any way and were insulting us rather then providing expert knowledge and information or even offering a way to help !! Such a shame.

I was assisted by the Assistant Manager Arezoo. Her main concern first and foremost was to make sure that I was ok (thank you very much again for your kindness, Arezoo). She happily offered earring options, was attentive, and patiently allowed me to make decisions. She never put any pressure, only offered encouragement to take as much time as needed. She also had my engagement ring cleaned free of charge. We found the perfect pair of diamond earrings and I'm so glad that I made the purchase here. The customer service provided by Arezoo and the other 3 ladies at Charm Diamond Centres was amazing. The level of customer service here is something that other stores could learn from. I would highly recommed the team here as you will be treated like a valued customer.

The guy sent out almost $4000 worth of jewelry to be resized, lost it for almost a week after the promised return date, and had the gall to tell me over the phone that he had other customers who took priority. In the time it took for him to dismiss me, he easily could have unlocked the drawer where my wife's rings were supposed to be and told me whether they had been received or not. I posted the above as a review, and I don't know if he saw it or what but when I walked past the store a few days later the guy actually lowered his face mask and said "Yeah, keep walking jack***". The idea of a MANAGER treating a passer-by this way is absolutely mind numbing, but it doesn't even end there. When I stopped in my tracks in shock and said "Excuse me?" he actually had the poor sense to repeat it. The man is a joke, and has zero business working in customer service at all, much less as a manager.

I even came back to change my purchase 30 minutes after I had bought something and she was happy to help me. I never felt rushed and she took complete care of me. She cleaned the watch I bought until it was perfect and made sure I was happy with everything. She was also very knowledgable on it all and it was very impressive. If you are shopping, especially for the first time, I recommend working with Arezoo.

We greatly appreciate how honest and genuine they all are - they weren't pushing the higher priced pieces on us and instead helped us find the rings that suited our style for a good price. Allan also later helped me pick out a beautiful pearl necklace to wear for my wedding with matching earrings. I am beyond impressed with the high level of service and will recommend this place to anyone.

They gave us as many options as they could, allowed me to put one on hold and thank about it. We ended up purchasing it. The staff was incredibly helpful, insightful, took the time to discuss it all & helped us stay within a reasonable budget. We got the perfect watch and he LOVES it. We took him in to get it sized and they were just as incredible than! I haven't had service like this in a long time! I WILL be back!
