★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for my appointment and was told my appointment was on the following day when CLEARLY is was written on my requisition form for the current day. They said someone made a mistake when booking my appointment(which I booked in person at this location). My husband and I took this day off and had been waiting 4 weeks for this appointment. There is a survey Insight has on their website and I strongly recommend anyone with bad service fill out this survey and also submit a complaint to other health authorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was easy to get book an appointment, I used the phone number to do this. All the staff was great, the check in was fast. The 2 x-ray techs that I had were wonderful, taking time to explain the procedures and answering my questions and listening to any concerns that I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely painless breast biopsy. Really, really competent and caring people at Insight Medical. I have been coming here for years because the mammogram is also gentle and painless ( not like some that squish hard). Very impressed with the staff and how the procedures are carried out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was amazed at how quickly I was able to get an MRI appointment. The reception staff were courteous and efficient. My technical team were fantastic, they had me in and out if my MRI in no time. And the pre-warmed blanket they put on top of me for my MRI was so thoughtful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely no respect for customers. After waiting over 1/2 an hour, I asked how long it would be. Then and only then did they state there were staff out sick. They made the decision for me to sit there and wait and wait and wait. They stated they called other people to rebook. I was not called and made aware of staffing difficulties. They didn't know how long I would have to wait because "they didn't have enough staff." The receptionist had the nerve to tell me I should be grateful for the appointment. Absolutely no respect for me or my time. I wouldn't recommend this gong show to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about the clinic is excellent. I have been a patient there for many years and experienced only the finest of medical attention.
This last time however, I did find one of the ultrasound technicians to be distant and very unsympathetic to the amount of pain involved in the procedure. In her defense, she was VERY thorough and coldly professional.
I hesitated in my mention of this as I know all the staff must be exhausted with the Covid backlash. But so are the patients. Most of us are following all protocols and trying to be of good spirit.
Having some compassion and a sense of humour is about the only thing that will get us through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive experience at this clinic for an ultrasound. Friendly and efficient staff. Technician (Julie?) was very kind, accommodating and efficient. She made me feel as comfortable as possible. Wait time in waiting room was not too long. Quite a few technicians on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The MRI team is incredible at this clinic! They were extraordinarily kind and helpful. They work to a very high standard and ensure the images are very clear while still managing to balance speed and efficiency I noted, especially compared to hospitals. They really care about your specific needs and talk you through the procedures before you go in as well. Also, the place is very very clean! I saw them wiping down all the equipment with much care. And Reed, in particular, is a fantastic technician. He is very altruistic and empathetic, and went out of his way to talk about how everything works and help out even when he didn't have to which I really appreciated. I would highly, highly recommend getting an MRI from here if you need one!!!
