★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerry and his crew at Platinum were a life saver.
The tub in our rental had a large crack in it, which was leaking water down into the basement suite.
We had a couple contractors come quote the work, but did not get a good feeling from them. It felt like they were trying to push a full bathroom renovation rather than just do what is required to fix the problem.
When Gerry came to quote the work, not only was he 30% lower than the other quotes, but he also worked with us to maintain as much of the existing material as possible. The entire time we felt he was incredibly honest and communicated all changes to us.
Our house is 100 years old, so we fully anticipated there may be additional work required once they revealed the bones of the bathroom. Gerry did his best to keep costs down, and consulted us with each item discovered.
We were on a very tight timeline as well, and they were phenomenal at working around the suite availability, and pulled the extra hours to have it completed on time. (Not easy with a 100 year old house with shaky bones)

I have nothing but great things to say about Gerry and Platinum. They will be our go to guys from here on out.
