★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entrance to the store from the street has a very sharp corner. It is done improperly. Blew my brand new tire as the corner is not properly marked. Notified the management (Erik) they took no responsibility. Notified the city of Coquitlam. They took no responsibility. Thought a large store like Ikea would own up to their mistake and reimburse me since I spend thousands of dollars annually there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! This is fantastic. Went to Ikea and purchased most of stuff within minutes. Michelle was very knowledge and helpful so we could make easy decisions regarding our bathroom renovation. After detailed information how about picking up all items we've been told to go to wearhouse and pick some items that they didn't have at main store. Warehouse, looks brand new to me, nice and clean inside out, friendly stuff and guess no line ups and waiting. Our items were ready for us already loaded onto cards. Fantastic! Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They prep and stack the boxes onto a cart for you. But the carpets by the entrance and the joints get in the way of the cart. Your items might fall over if they stacked your cart too full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Ikea, but had to return twice so far to get parts that were missing from the boxes. A bit of a pain when it's 25 mins away and you have to wait in the return line and then drive to their warehouse afterwards to get it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is always a haven for interior decorating in a budget. There's always a good deal to choose from and their customer service is superb. Even during this pandemic, I am impressed that there are still a lot of people shopping for home decor. It is always nice to roam around their showroom and get some inspiration in decorating your own place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad, employee knew what she was doing, answered all my questions, and help me sort some things with my order. I don't know why the other gentleman (customer) was having a tantrum. The employees were just doing their job so no point in getting upset at them.
