I was having all kinds of problems when I was installing it and Gabriel did the magic and installed it in no time. He was very professional, and courteous> He is a great asset for Joto. Keep it up!

Their fast, friendly and super down to earth staff made the experience like more like talking with an old friend than a company for printing supplies. From the receptionist to Jason my Rep, to the staff that shared a quick hello while I waited, they all made what was just a quick in and out for what I needed, to an experience that went to fast. I'll be back and look forward to any future business that can be done with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Joto. Their customer service is top notch! Not only is their delivery fast but they are quick to answer any questions I have regarding their products. In fact, I ordered the new sublimation paper they are carrying and noticed that my Sawgrass printer did not have the paper settings required for this new sublimation paper. I was transfered to Gabriel who fixed the issue for me right away as we spoke on the phone. He was very thourough and provided great explantations. The lady who aswered the phone was also very helpful and polite to speak with. Thank you for your help and excellent service. You help make my small business a success!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG. I cannot tell you how helpful it is to have the support Joto gives in the form of Gabriel, their tech support person. I run a one person business and if my printer goes down for any reason I am literally on hold until I can get help. I'm not the most tech savvy person either, but Gabriel is the most patient and competent tech person I have ever dealt with. He is always able to help me. I wish I could send him a bouquet of flowers!
