★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking an apoinment online is a great thing and it really works. You are in and out in 20 minutes.
However, if i would have known that i do t even need an apponment, rhatvi simpky could have gone there to line up ans wait 15 minongwr, i would not have aaited almost two (2) weeks to get the warliest appointment.

Then expect to be there for anywhere from 10 mins to an hour including wait time because depending on what your going in for could take longer.
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Very clean enviroment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very pleasant experience today at this location. Went in to switch from US ID to a BC ID and both ladies I spoke to were so very friendly. I made an appointment and even though it was pretty busy I was in and out in 20 minutes. Recommend this location, and making an appointment to be served first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to multiple ICBC locations and the one on Commercial Dr is with least affable staff. The location is convenient for people who takes transit specially for young people who is just taking learners test. It is small, thus takes only few people inside. And when there is a dispute in one register, or when everyone is taking at the same time, you could hear it all over making it difficult to converse with your own associate. I dealt with someone who said she was on training but no trainer and gave an instruction that did not make sense. Frustrating but we kept it cool for the sake of my daughter who was about to take a test. Three out of five stars because of convenient location and efficient flow of the line up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best to have an appointment, I think. Very busy on the day I went. Maybe busier than usual. Waited 10 minutes past my appointment time to get into the building. Waited another 30 minutes or so once I’d gotten my ‘service number’. No pets allowed.
