I felt so relaxed during my driving test, as hemade me feel very comfortable and he also gave me some tips to me at end of the exam. Thank you so much Joey❤️ I highly recommend this place! ?. As I pass my test 1st time.
G	Gabrielle Sieben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly long wait, even when you book an appointment. I went a couple days ago to renew my license and my appointment was booked for 12:20. When I arrived I had to take a number, and the numbers weren’t called in any kind of order, so not only did I have to be constantly watching the screen, but I had no way to predict how much more time I’d have to wait. My husband was waiting in the car with my 1 month old baby and I was getting worried because I knew I’d have to feed her soon. It ended up taking half an hour before my number was called, and then the renewal only took 5 minutes. Not sure why ICBC manages to get so far behind on their appointments, but it’s extremely inconvenient.

He was clear with his instructions. I was a bit anxious to begin with. He explained everything as needed and i got comfortable with the test.

At the beginning he came out very professionally and broke the ice by telling me a joke and asking me how to properly pronounce my name which really helped me calm down and be more comfortable. He is super awesome and observant consider your self lucky If you get this man as your examiner however I have not met any other staff member other than him so I wouldn’t know if they all are as positive as he is. Wish you the best and keep up your great customer service skills sir ?

It’s definitely a different atmosphere with the COVID protocols which are being followed here in a very regimented manner. You definitely need to have patience here most of the time with and without COVID protocols. You do need to take a number and there was a line up however wait times were not so bad. Service was actually pretty great the employee was friendly helpful and was very understanding. Just a rule of thumb here make sure you carve out time from your day when you do need to drop in.

Definitely the worst run establishment/company in BC, a good example of what government provides, junk. There’s almost no point in even “booking an appointment” it only lets your “skip the line” what is this Disneyland?! You still have to take a number and wait, could be 10 minutes could be 6 hours. Our tax dollars at work folks.
F	Fafa St on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience ever, it was my second time for my road test, first time I failed and only problem was my pull over and parallel parking. As my second try, this rude lady who yelled at me three times and was so rude and mad! I will never go back to this place and I hope you never have such horrible experience with this lady! She was like turn right then she was like no sorry go straight it happened more than 4 times that she gave the wrong direction and changed it! How come they can make such a big mistake! Who would supervise them?! I don’t care if I fail but I do care when people are rude. There is always a respectful way to say things but this lady was all rude and had no shame to embarrass me! I hope the manager sees the reviews and understand that not everybody has the capability of being an examiner. I’m shocked how she got hired at this location!

She is so kind and nice and gives clear instructions during the test. I felt so relaxed during my driving test, as she made me feel I'm driving with a friend. She speaks so polite and made me feel very comfortable and she also gave me some pointers for me at the end of the exam. Thank you so much Karmen! ❤️ I will definitely recommend this place! ?
