Called back to confirm the date and they can not find in file , so why am I wasting time giving you info if it is not being used properly ?
D	Danie Botha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience getting my license renewed today. The security guard was very helpful in guiding me to the correct place. Gursewak helped me and he was excellent. The entire process took about 15 min. I am very grateful for the great service I received.
J	Jane K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed….no appt necessary unless you want to book appt. Showed up when office opened they said need an appt. Driver’s license renewal…took me inside to book appt?? I explained my husband was off work today that’s why I came and I have handicap permit for a reason. Not impressed, especially watching someone else walk in after I asked him if he had an appointment and he said no.

You wait nearly an hour for staff to come outside to say so sorry but we are very short staffed. restrictions are lifted and you have rows of seats inside and only 3 people can sit inside. How is it that the govt sector is so understaffed? How are you treating staff that no one wants to work for public sector? Overall, the staff said to book online. No appointments available for months in advance.
