★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So my first review wasn't the best. I Delt With Some People There That Wernt Professional & Didn't Have There Stuff Together... Wasn't Happy.. Till The Owner / GM Caught wind of what was happening.. BOOM ? He Went over everything with me & Started from the beginning to why I wasn't happy.. He said let me deal with this right now. He Calls Me back in a bit and everything is fixed he went over and beyond for me to make sure at the end of the day I was happy and satisfied with everything. I Really appreciate it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold my car to these guys in March. 3.5 weeks later, I was still being charged by the bank for my car lien. After I inquired about the situation with both then and the bank, it turns out they had not paid my lien like they were supposed to. After a week of phone calls back and forth, and constant pestering on my end, they finally paid it off. Ironically, they dealt with a phone call of a similar fashion once I had signed my car away (I was able to hear the conversation, and the guy told me about it afterwards)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. Hasan, Cassidy, Brett, and Almir were all very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I truly felt that they had my best interest in mind and not their bottom line and they were not pushy at all. Do not waste your time shopping around. Free oil changes for life is a nice bonus as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a new car today. I was firm on what I wanted and ultimately the team worked very hard to make everything work. I am pleased with my purchase and the end result. Brett ended up going the extra mile and saved me money which is very important and the most important when buying a car. They washed the car and filled it up. Also they offer lifetime oilchange which adds value. Thank you Chilliwack Mitsubishi. The GM was also very personable and the finance department worked hard to explain everything to me 100 times which is what it took for me to be satisfied. 5 stars.

This was simply the best and informative experience I ever had.
Not only did I get an amazing vehicle. But I got one even better than I thought I could afford.
