I have no qualms recommending this dealership to others and trust they would provide the same high level of service to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with salesman Kevan and Richard in finance. I have to say this was the smoothest trip to the car dealership I believe I have ever had. My husband is also in car sales, so I know how pushy and annoying car salesman can be. ? My husband's dealership did not have what I wanted. Kevan was super informative about wagoneers and I did not feel pressured into a sale either. He wanted to ensure we were getting the vehicle we wanted regardless of price tag. He was able to answer any question we had and even went above and beyond in showing us all the features of our wagoneer that we didn't even ask to see!
Richard in finance has such a calm demeanor that made me feel comfortable in his presence. The whole finance process was super quick and that was the least amount of paperwork for a car sale I have ever had to do, which was super nice! I was able to get approved within 24 hours and went home in my new wagoneer that day. I highly recommend going to oconnor Chrysler for your mopar needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went looking all over town for a vehicle, all the dealerships had low inventory. The guys at Dodge were very helpful. David came with us for a test drive, and answered a ton of our questions. He listened to our needs and helped us remove a few options that weren't going to work for us.
We came back the next day, and David had to do a delivery and so we were able to get help from Tim.
Tim was very helpful as well, and worked with us getting our truck set up for the family. We came back that night with our 3 kids, and they were so welcoming. Tim got them some popcorn and when the deal was done the kids were excited to use the gong.
We have had our truck now for about a week and we love it.
Special thanks to David and Tim -even the owner came by and helped us with our used vehicles. None of the other dealerships in town were as helpful for our young family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hunting down a good vehicle isn't easy. I was able to find a 'better than expected' vehicle here. 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with very low km. Brian, the salesman was awesome before AND after the sale went through. Said to call him if I have any issues at all, and I did. Simple miscommunication with the service department so I called Brian...5 MINUTES, he had me back on the phone & had it all sorted out. Explained exactly what happened without making a story out of it. Nothing serious, not his department but he was on it immediately. They want you to be as happy as possible with the sale in all areas. I sure am!! It's the little things sometimes. Brian took it, fixed it & wanted to be sure I was still happy with the vehicle. Above & beyond is how this sale went through! If you're looking for a vehicle & come to O'Connor for a look, I suggest you take a walk around with Brian. Just an all-round great guy who will go the distance with you. Thanks to Brian & the whole team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my father in law was looking for a jeep, Kevin helped us find a great deal on a wrangler with the diesel engine. price was great and service was fast once we decided this was the right one, they were also very transparent about explaining everything and we really felt good with the overall experience at the dealership and feel like we got a great deal for the unit we picked out. thanks again Kevin! we definitely recommend anyone in the market for a Jeep, Ram, Chrysler shop local at O'Conner first they have amazing service !
