My vehicle was received promptly, the details of what I wanted done were clear, and I was on my way quickly. Later, I received a call with detail on additional findings asking for my consent to do additional work…which was clearly needed. At the end of my appointment, the work was well explained and the cost of the visit was more than fair. Overall, an excellent experience.

When the work was completed Chris went over the bill with me and explained exactly what had been done, what the condition of my vehicle was, and when my next service should be.. The cashiers were pleasant and polite, as was all the staff I encountered.. Overall I highly recommend the service dept at Chilliwack ford, the staff and service are outstanding... 5 star!!!
