I have purchased 2 vehicles from here in the last couple years, because I like the product.
It is the treatment I've experienced from the service department that has solidified my loyalty to this dealership and I will highly recommend them to everyone!
As a Community Health Worker, it is essential that I have my vehicle to get me around. Fixed Manager, Raphael, went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road quickly and safely. While taking the time to help me actually understand things like my warranty packages (which was confusing and daunting to try and figure out on my own).
I feel like the team there actually cares about the customer and maintaining positive relationships.
Side note: it's my understanding that there is new management on the sales side (Nick?). He honoured an agreement that was left unfilled, at the time of my last purchase while I was there getting my vehicle serviced recently. This speaks volumes for me as to the recognition of the value in each costumer, and not just the bottom line.
5 stars for genuine kindness and professional integrity.

Mr. William Young also made us feel comfortable and was thorough with us and made sure our questions were answered. The staff is so knowledgeable even when it came to EVs - we found it difficult when dealing with other dealerships when EV issues came up, but felt so comfortable with Mertin Hyundai as they showed they definitely knew what they were doing. Thanks for the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were extremely courteous Very prompt I had hoped to have my service completed by noon However to my surprise. I received a call in forming me my car was completely ready an hr early. As well Time was spent by Brent the service manager to explain in detail what services were needed and due to the cost one service could be extended to my next visit. Today in the times we are experiencing some financial concerns . It certainly makes one feel they have indeed selected a dealership that listens .Not pressured instead reassured we have selected the right business for our service and support. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazingly helpful, friendly staff! My car engine blew and we barely made it into the dealership before it died. We were on our way to Vancouver Island on our first vacation in 2 years! The staff were so knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. They quickly arranged for a rental, ordered parts for our vehicle and sent us on our way again within an hour or so, we made the afternoon ferry and continue on our trip. It took a bit for our vehicle to be repaired as the engine was on back order, but they kept us in the loop and answered all my questions every step of the way until the vehicle was completely serviced. Thank you so much! I just wish this kind of service was available at every Hyundai.
