★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely garbage. lost a key fob on a 2016 prius take it in and they say it can’t connect. need a new computer and immobilizer and key and what not. total price on parts almost $1500… labour $1500!! this isn’t rolls royce. nor is it mercedes. towed my vehicle to abbotsford toyota and got it done for $130 labour. called again to verify wether or not their diagnosis would be backed up if it didn’t work at the abbotsford location and anna the walnut was talking out of her behind without even knowing what she was talking about. (the vehicle isn’t under warranty so if the fix doesn’t work you’re stuck with the parts and paying for a new diagnosis etc) stay away from this place AT ALL COSTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a new rav 4 on May 14 2022 before you pay up check your new car or truck for scratches mine had a lot of them the sales people said I was going to get them anyway. They buffed them out and I had to go back to buff out the ones they missed and they still missed other ones the black trim still has scratches on it I paid a lot for the car I think they used a dirty rag to wash it and the car was not ready for pick up I paid for extra trims they were not done until I asked about the missing trims. BUYER BEWARE.

They just don't have any vehicles for sale. I was told everything is on back order and there was two vehicles we could look at.
I will say the sales guy was very helpful and honest.
I would check it out in the future.

Our own small town dealership said it was 'impossible' to find the specific truck we wanted, but Dustin was able to source it and make it happen. Curtis had immaculate costumer service I highly suggest asking for him when you want a new vehicle from valley Toyota. I would also like to mention Arsh, Arsh also had amazing customer service skills and was very pleasant to deal with. Thanks again Valley Toyota I absolutely love my new Tacoma!
