Check out the condo kitty corner all the windows leak that they put in and denied it was their problem I guess they need to learn how to caulk a window once they install it. RUN RUN RUN find someone else they don't honor their work

My aunts had Unger come in and replace all of their very, very old windows on a house that was built in the 30's. Sean and Caleb did an excellent job!! They were both very efficient and friendly, and the windows look great. They take pride in their work and make sure they are putting forward their best efforts. They were both very communicative during the process, and even finished the job a day early! I would 100% recommend Unger for their work - expertise & customer service. Thanks guys!!

I cannot say enough about Unger Window and Door, they are truly an exceptional company to work with. We placed a large order for windows and doors through Rona because we wanted to use All Weather Windows for our project. Unger Window and Door is Rona's contract installer for these projects and All Weather Windows is the supplier. Before I go on further I will say that ordering through Rona offered some great perks, including no payments and no interest for 6 months and approximately 10% of the total purchase coming back to you in gift cards and Air Miles. This generated some pretty significant savings on our project. Graham from Unger Window and Door came out and took all of the measurements for our windows and doors, which later turned out to be spot on. The windows took about 6 weeks to arrive but we were very happy with the quality and look of the windows. We got triple pane black windows, inside and out, and it looked amazing when it was installed. Kaleb was the lead installer for our project and his customer service is second to none. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He responded to every concern, issue, and request along the way which resulted in the project being completed to an extremely high standard. I was very impressed with Kaleb. Overall we felt that we received good value and great quality by using Rona / Unger Window and Door. We are very happy with our new windows and doors and we feel reassured that any issues we may experience in the future will be dealt with promptly by Unger Window and Door over the course of our 20 year warranty I would definitely recommend Unger Window and Door!

Our windows arrived faster than expected and the install was seamless. James and Michael were so professional and went out of their way to make our windows and door fit perfectly with beautiful trim work and unexpected repairs to our door. Replacing windows is a big investment and Unger exceeded our expectations!

We had all of our 1970's single pane windows replaced this February by Unger and were very happy with their work and service. Graeme and Joe did the initial quoting and were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Our windows arrived sooner than expected and their team was able to install them and replace all the interior and exterior trim in a week. Arin and James were clean, courteous of our pets and toddler, and most importantly did great work. Our house now feels so much warmer and I am confident that the rain will stay out! Moved into my house when it was built in 1972 so have lived with the "single pane, 1972 windows" up until now. I was told by a close friend about the great service & products at Unger W & D, so pursued that. It was the best choice I made! Graeme took the time to explain that different types of models etc. We arranged for him to come & take measurements...windows were ordered, price was more than reasonable & they came a bit earlier than planned which was great! Andrew did some work on Day 1 & then Shawn & Lucien did the remainder, Day 2 & 3. The best customer service from the most respectful, patient, skilled folks in a very long time. They took the time to show me the ongoing work & explain the mechanisms etc. Brilliant! The black framed windows are spectacular, I mean, they are beyond what I could imagine. I've already had tons of compliments from family, from neighbours...no more drafts & rattling of windows; ultimate test is todays windstorm . No more having to keep the furnance on non-stop. All I can do is gaze out of these windows at the beautiful view & be so appreciative of such a highly skilled, qualified, customer-friendly company. You thinking of getting your windows upgraded...no question...call these folks...you won't be disappointed!

I could not be happier! The entire experience from consultation to measurements to install was handled so well. Unger was great at answering questions and offering their expertise in what window type would work for any given room. Josiah was our first contact and assisted us with choosing our windows. He was professional and very knowledgeable. When our chosen windows arrived (earlier than expected!) the crew that came to install them were incredible. I’m a bit wary of who comes into my home but these guys were the best. So professional, the workmanship exceeded my expectations, and no small detail was neglected. I was so impressed when Aaron went over the finishing as if it was his own home. The crew had no issue interacting with my children and even didn’t seem to mind my hovering husband watching and asking many questions. The windows look fantastic inside and out and this replacement has enhanced the look and feel of the entire house.
