He cares a lot about his customers and told me some of his cool experiences working there as well as his own vehicles that he worked on as well. Very professional as he takes his time and provides excellent work. I would 100% recommend Vik's to anyone who is looking for exhaust or brake work on their vehicle. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, yes, and a thousand more yeses. I could not sing higher praises about Vic's. I've brought my car here now a couple times. First time was because of my cat spilling it's guts down through my exhaust system. They were extremely busy but managed to work on installing a new glass pack throughout the day and I was able to take it by the next morning, well ahead of schedule.
I had to bring my car back because I started hearing a tin can rattle from underneath my car. Turned out one of the welds had broke and they were able to quickly weld it all back together good as new and didn't charge me for it. (Also they were kind enough to let me snap a couple pics of the exhaust system while it was on the hoist as I was about to fight an exhaust noise ticket).
This last time, after calling a couple different places around town for a quote on a complete set of front brakes, Vic's was by far the cheapest option and they even gave me the choice of what quality of parts I'd like to have used. After explaining that I had to leave for Alberta by the end of the week, once again, they were able to accommodate me even though they were booking into the following week.
Vic's is my go-to in town. They're locally owned with tonnes of years experience, super friendly, never talked down to me or tried to take advantage of me because I'm a woman, and are super affordable often beating other places prices by 100's.
