The detail of my car after repairs most excellent! I very much liked how they even washed my floor mats. Keep up the great work!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but great things to say about Fix Auto in Chilliwack. Excellent service with a quick turn around. After I had dropped off my car they allowed me to come back and grab my bike. I came just before closing at the lady working was so kind and accommodating. The courtesy car was newer and very clean. When I picked up my car it was cleaner than when I drove it off the lot and you can't even tell there was ever any damage. 10/10 recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my Sonata for a full interior detail. Overall they did a good job with one thing missed. They cleaned the inside of my car better than I could do myself including the door jambs well which were dirty. They neglected to clean the trunk jamb even though they did clean the trunk. I suspect they just missed it. If they would have done one final inspection before returning it to me, they could have taken care of it in about 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience from the get go. The lady who works in the right side office is incredibly rude. When my car came back “fixed” with multiple issues unattended to - the staff argued with me trying to say the damage left over wasn't from the accident - thank god I had pictures to prove them wrong. The front hood was missing a clip. This exchange was long and painful but they eventually saw the comparison and had no choice. The second time I received my car back “fixed” the charging outlets wouldn’t work. I thought a fuse needed changing - turns out when fix auto “fixed” my car they didn't hook my battery back up properly. They told me they didnt touch my battery and it was a car manufacturer issue - so I had to pay 150$ out of pocket for a mechanic to tell me who ever worked on my car last didnt hook the battery back up properly. That lady at Fix Auto tried to tell me her mechanics didnt touch the car battery when they replaced the front end of my car battery snd someone else must have done work to my car in the 2 days I had it out of their shop. Eye roll.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our very dirty jeep in for a detail, I was very impressed from the start, very professional and the jeep was cleaned more then I could have asked!! It was so filthy from dog hair to dust and of course the ash from the fires, they did a amazing job, highly recommend them and would 100% return. thanks FX team.
