★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 10 stars if I could! This is the 2nd time I have used these guys, & received stellar service both times! My collectible truck ended up costing them much more than the quote given, yet they adhered to their quote & did a great job on it! I am going to take some other vehicles to be spruced up there as well! Unfortunately most people don't take the time to put a review on unless they are unhappy, & I want to make sure they know I appreciate them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an incident about one month ago which required Roadside Assistance in Chilliwack - Wally's Towing were on the scene within one half hour, the young man (SAM) put me at ease right away, very professional and courteous, it was an ugly night with heavy rainfall. Thanks to Wally's I was on my way and mobile and a very relieved Senior Citizen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sara with NO H, you saved us! We were stranded in a parking lot in this freezing weather with a dead key fob. Called for a tow, it was going to be a long wait and we lucked out and got Sara on the phone, she was extremely awesome and super helpful. She was trying to figure out how to help us over the phone and through text and then drove to the parking lot to see if she could help in person, she warmed us up, as we had been in the parking lot for over an hour and super cold. She tried everything she could, more help was on the way, and we couldn't have done this without her. She didn't leave us stranded. THANK YOU Sara and Wally's. You should be a tow truck driver Sara! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the lack of communication and follow up. Had my vehicle looked at last Friday, needs a simple skid plate replacement as it was damaged in the snow and dragging on the ground. Provided a timeline of when I need the vehicle for (just over a week out). It’s now a week later, I have called twice with a promise to get a call back and have heard nothing. Extremely disappointed. I would rather be told the shop is too busy to accommodate my timeline than be left in the dark waiting when I could have gone somewhere else. At the point now where I will not have my vehicle fixed for when I needed it done by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After walking into the number one car repair shop on google in Chilliwack and being told to come back in 2 weeks for the estimate - I left and hit up the number 2 shop; CarStar! They did an estimate right then and there, they booked me in for the next week, they booked me a rental car of my choice, they drove me to the rental car place, they fixed my car and detailed the interior for me!!! They even had my car delivered to my home (Agassiz) and someones else took my rental car back for me!!! 6 out of 5 stars for this SHOULD BE NUMBER ONE auto body and mechanic repair shop in Chilliwack. Try them, I promise you’ll be glad you did :)
