I've been coming to this shop for work on my beater of a car and have received nothing but top notch, timely, affordable, and gracious service from Rick and his team. This business has helped my car stay on the road so that I can keep living my life. They are really professional. Took my Q5 to have the fog light replaced which they had to order. Within 3 days they called that the light was in. Had the light replaced within 3 hrs. Will definitely take my car there again if I need any work done. Well done

Absolutely would not hesitate to recommend D'Cardos to anyone needing auto repairs. They fixed my vehicle for less than I thought it would cost, gave me a ride home and picked me up when the repairs were finished. What a great group of people.

Didn't feel like I had a great experience here. Can't say that it was "affordable" as other commenters mentioned, as they quoted and charged significantly more than other shops. Went with them anyway as I would've had to get my car towed elsewhere. Also paid for an oil change and inspection while it was there, and they found the brake lights weren't working. Was likely a fuse, but they wouldn't check if it was a fuse unless I paid for an extra 30 minutes of labour (when it doesn't take that long to check). I won't say they are worse than any other repair shop, because I don't think they are, but I don't believe I experienced great prices or great customer service in general. I tried to bring up my concerns to Rick and that didn't really get anywhere, so I'll be going to a different place next time. They can get you in faster than some other repair shops though, so that's a bonus if you're looking to go to them. Edit: The reply to this is pretty misleading, as I clarified with Rick that it would only take a short time to check the fuse, which would be a likely problem as to why the brake lights weren't working. He said that if I wanted him to look into it, that it would cost 30 minutes of labour to diagnose the issue. I assume to account for the time that it would take to look into other possible issues if it wasn't the fuse, but I only wanted him to check the one thing - and wasn't going to pay for 30 minutes of labour for that when it wouldn't take that long. So, I told him I would just check it myself, because it didn't make any sense to pay all of that extra money for him to do it. This was frustrating because obviously if it was an easy fix, I would rather have it fixed and not worry about driving home with broken brake lights. In the end, this was completely irrelevant - when I left the shop, my **brake lights were working**. It has been 8 months and **my brake lights are still working** and I've confirmed with others who have driven behind me to check.

Amazing group, I had to leave my van there for a few days( insurance) they had no issues. The kept me updated as to service needed and cost, supper friendly! My new go to!!

Absolutely amazing place I wish I could give them 10 stars they are truly amazing. Thank you Calvin for fixing up my car on short notice and also letting me know about future repairs. They not only fixed my car sooner but were able to drop me off at home and pick me up what an amazing service. Will be recommending everyone to the place and coming back for future repairs.
