★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The truck was siphoned when we got it. It took forever for us to get ahold of anyone to come help us out. Instead of just sending a new truck, they sent a tow truck just to tell us that it can’t be repaired and that we would have to contact uhaul again. THEN they said we can have another truck but we’d have to go to Agassiz to pick up. But not to worry, they made sure we don’t have to pay for the second truck that was smaller than what we booked and paid for ??♀️ We were supposed to pick up at 9:30am but didn’t get the truck until 1pm.. not a great way to start our move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't speak to this locations customer service BUT I can speak to the amazing customer service I received from David. Spoke with several locations that were unhelpful and insisted on telling me things I already knew. Then I got through to David and finally I got an amazing staff member who was focused on problem solving and finding solutions rather then taking the easy way out of saying I'm hooped. I Couldn't be more appreciative of his efforts and great attitude. Thanks David!
