★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience and will never use Uhaul again. I had booked the truck weeks in advance for pick up in Abbotsford. The day before my reservation, I was told to pick up my truck in Chilliwack. This was a huge hassle for me in the midst of my busy moving day. The 15 foot truck is actually only 10 feet long. When I called to complain, I was told that the 15 feet includes the small cubby at the top of the truck. This is incredibly misleading and lead to me being unable to move all of my stuff. I was also charged $300 more than quoted. DO NOT use Uhaul. They will just screw you over too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor! Booked a 20Ft Truck for 10hrs online, received a confirmation we got it for 4hrs and wrong sized truck. Tried calling could not understand my english. Tried re-booking it on the website using my cell phone but the u-haul mobile site is pure garbage.
Long-story short I am paying more for a truck from another company and glad to do it rather then wonder if I will have a vehicle when I need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After abruptly losing our apartment due to negligent tenants above our unit starting a fire & causing major water damage, U-Haul came through like no other. They didn’t need a credit card & they where so nice about our situation. We where able to get a truck to move our belongings within 10 minutes. We went to another moving truck company in Chilliwack, who where awful & almost acted as if our story was false & wanted a ridiculous damage deposit on a credit card. After we where done moving, we dropped off the truck at U-Haul & left keys in the drop box, the next day we where happy to hear that we would be getting a refund from the portion we paid up front since we returned the truck early. I will recommend this U-Haul at Cache 21 to everybody. The ladies at the front desk where so kind, thorough & answered all of our questions. A+ service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The BEST local uhaul location you can go to. Staff is very friendly and the yard/ office is very clean and organized. I have used uhaul in the past and have never received such top notch service as I did at this location.
I highly recommend this location to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst! Booked a 26 footer and car hauler weeks in advance, I contacted them to confirm day prior. Nothing available, but they had a 15 footer available in keremeos. I live in chilliwack.
Uhaul staff said they sent a voicemail but there is no record or other correspondence...thanks for letting me know in advance.....never, ever, ever, will I patronize uhaul again. Stay away at all cost.
