★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them in the morning after I noticed I had a flat tire, and they were able to get me in to fix the tire, as well as switch out my winters on the same day. Their rates are good, but more importantly their service is great. I have no reason to shop around their prices, I will just keep coming back here. Breanne is always great to work with.

Today was exceptional.
I dropped my truck and called for a cab. The cabbie refused to allow me to board with my certified service dog, in vest, even after I showed him my provincial government guide dog ID. He said another cab will have to come and take me and left.
Talk about humiliating in front of the Starbucks and KalTire there.
The KalTire staff noticed, came out and arranged for another ride home for me. Pretty amazing. I preferred KalTire before. I will always go back now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leaking tire in SuperStore parking lot after shopping. KalTire conveniently right across street. No appointment? No problem! Estimated an hour. Went next door to Starbucks and didn’t have time to finish my coffee, and they were done! Great customer service, and a pleasure to deal with. Will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off a tire that was losing air slowly Saturday morning. They were short staffed but managed to make time in the day to repair the problem. They called later that day to pick it up & at no cost. Definitely will recommend them. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Per my mechanic, very expensive for auto repairs. Beware initial quote for work to be done. They start high and when you question things will probably find "less expensive parts." Did a good job on repairs - mechanic seemed very competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On route heading out of town for family vacation, had a flat tire at 4pm on a Friday. Can't drive with temporary spare on fwy. Got to this Kal Tire at 430pm. They had my tire repaired on car by 5pm, when they closed.
5 star primarily since they were honest and great attention to detail. In such situations, shady shops could easily take advantage and say tire not repairable and make have us buy a new tire. Was also able to watch techs from window inside wait room - good transparency. Impressed with their attention to detail including hand torquing. Thank you.
