Thought he was just having a bad day so decided to give them another chance. Big mistake! We will be taking our business elseware

Traveling alone, late at night, I didn't want to stop on the side of the highway to use a washroom. When I arrived to Chilliwack, I really had to use the bathroom. After filling my car up with gas, I asked to use the restroom and was informed that they were not going to let me in to the washroom. I understand that late at night sometimes it could be a safety issue; however, I am a female, who is clean and professional looking. I am sure the owner would have made an exception!
D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude customer service, asked if I was getting gas just to use the bathroom and got a loud knock on the door after 3 minutes "karan" or karen said "get out of there its not your home". I work delivery service and no one has their bathroom open so it was quite rude of her since there was no one else waiting for the bathroom.
K	Kristie Pool on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE MASK EXEMPT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The province mandate says Children under 12 do not need to wear a mask. I stopped at this shell station with two 10 year olds and the clerk working was demanding that the children wear a mask. We didn't have any extra masks, so I told the kids to pick out what flavour of slushy they wanted and wait outside. While they were deciding the clerk came out of her protected booth to YELL at us. I just kept telling her kids do not have to mask. She was super inappropriate and should not be allowed to work customer service. I wish I had recorded her. We have been into 7-11 in Abbotsford with my maskless 10 year old many time and have never had an issue.
T	Taylor hipperson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven’t gone to that gas station in over 6 month because I refuse too. Waiting at window ringing buzzer and took 5 min for someone to finally come. Was on a graveyard shift and don’t have time to waste waiting for some to come. So I decided tonight February 25 at 7:00pm on my break from work so I’m kinda in a hurry and to no surprise no one was there no one came when I rang the buzzer. Just confirms why I stopped goin there in the first place. Won’t spend my hard earned money there again. Workers are lower glass people too.
V	Varinder Kainth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by to fill up gas and went to use the facilities and the lady in the front was so rude. Did not say a word and literally threw the keys. This incident was on July 27,2021. at noon. Avoid this gas station as there are plenty others in the area. I dropped the keys back off and said thank you but totally ignored me with zero words exchanged. reply to response at 5:30pm on July 27, 2021. Thank you for the reply but seems like nothing gets done as you guys have many 1, 2 star reviews. I would suggest putting some effort in to really solve the issues.

Then after getting, fuel my husband went in and she advised bathroom was closed for cleaning. After much protest and argument she agreed to let him in. We had just spent $100+ for fuel! Try to avoid this station!
