★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an awning from them, returned it because the rack I got did not fit and now they claim there is a rip in the awning and only giving me $100 credit for a $355 awning. Horrible costumer service and will be spreading the word. I would never shop here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I raised my rating as even tho there was major issues with them and the fact that due to an employees gross negligence in properly dealing with warranty and qualified inspections, my trailer welds which were faulty failed and it was dam near in half and floppy.
After some outrage and discussion with the owner I feel that things are on the right path to becoming right and that this won't ever happen to another customer.

In viewing the spec’s and the construction, the Big Tech was by far the best choice. We purchased the trailer unseen and drove down from Kelowna to pick it up. We were blown away by the true quality of this trailer. Terry & Chris were so knowledgeable in helping us make the right choice and they were a pleasure to deal with.

Called in the night before to snag pretty much the last 5x9 atv trailer in the lower mainland. They invoiced us that night, and picked it up next morning.
AND we LOVE knowing we bought from a family operated BC company. Great experience, highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased a custom Cargo Mate Cargo trailer from Kitt Equipment. Terry & Chris were excellent to work with during the whole design process. They gave us their advice and recommendations and allowed us to make changes to get the most for our budget.
The trailer arrived and was everything we asked for and more. They made sure everything worked and we were overall safe towing it. They have truly gone above and beyond our level of expectations, especially post purchase to ensure we are completely satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this company on Facebook. Reached out to them regarding a 270 degree awning. The person I was speaking to was incredibly responsive. Even went as far as taking some pictures of the item for me that weren't shown on the website or ad. I went ahead and made the purchase online, he put my name on it and held it for me for a couple days until I could make my way out there to get it.........also got to check out some rooftop tents. When the time comes I'll be looking them up again.
