It has been a perfect fit for my '19 Ford Ranger -- I was worried it wouldn't be "enough" tow vehicle, but it has been super easy to tow and plenty enough power. The fit and finish on the trailer are outstanding. We went with the max solar power package, and that really opened up our options since so many camp sites don't have hook-ups and we can boondock. We're also using our Escape as a "guest cottage" when people come to visit--people love it! In the picture, the one in the foreground is mine--I just happened to run into a nearly identical Escape in Sequim.
K	Kathy Diggs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Escape 21NE was delivered to us in September 2021. We have had an opportunity to go through all of the systems and appliances. Everything is in working order. We took our trailer out once for a shakedown trip and it performed flawlessly. The only complaint we have is that sub-standard tires, specifically Ranier tires, were installed on our Escape and we will be ordering replacement tires as soon as they are available. Once we replace the tires we will be venturing out more. We just don't feel safe on these tires, as they have a bad reputation. EDIT: There have been some small items that needed replaced, ie. LED lights, missing window screen clips and a non-functioning shower/bathroom faucet. The Parts department has been EXCEPTIONAL in their response, providing the items free of charge and always friendly. I would buy another ESCAPE without hesitation.
D	Dave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took delivery of my new E19 in mid April. It was delivered to me in Massachusetts. I had no issues with delivery. The camper is very nice. It appears to be well made. Everything in it works fine. I've gone camping in it once so far. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The management and regular staff were very kind and very helpful. As a ticketed carpenter my self I saw very good quality craftsmanship, know corners are cut here because of the rigorous inspections they go through at every step of manufacturing. My hats off to Niles that man deserves a raise.

We are totally happy with our new Escape and the company was always pleasant and responsive at each stage. Took about 10-11 months from the first deposit to receiving it. Very satisfied with the inside, the outside and towing performance. It weighs in at 4075lb with our camping gear, so we didn’t have to upgrade the tow vehicle, a big relief. Quality is exactly as good as it was in our pre-pandemic Escape trailer. Personalization options are unparalleled. Also we sold our smaller Escape for slightly more than we paid for it, so moving up to the new one only cost us the difference.

Staff there are second to none. We LOVE our trailer and recommend to anybody looking for a quality camper. First time in a long while we feel we got our money's worth from a purchase. M	Mike Herron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided on the Escape 19 in the spring of 2021 and had hoped to get it by spring of 2022. With all the opportunities to move up our delivery date we were able to pick it up at the time we had originally hoped for. Joldie was fantastic to work with in configuring our trailer and Sharon kept us well informed going into the delivery stage. As we were configuring the trailer to meet our needs, Dustin in Service and Parts has been great at getting back to us quickly on a couple of questions we’ve had. We have found that the tutorial and maintenance videos have been extremely useful and we felt well prepared for the use of the new trailer. We have been on three outings including the return trip from Sumas, WA. The E19 has met or exceeded all of our expectations. It is much easier to tow than our previous single axle smaller trailer and even gets better gas mileage while pulling it with our Toyota Tacoma. We normally sleep on a firm mattress and were a little concerned how the plush mattress would be, however we have found it to be very comfortable and we both get a good nights sleep. Living in the Northwest we spent a little more time inside the trailer during the Spring because of the rain, but found it very comfortable for reading and playing games while waiting for the weather to clear a bit. When we have had any questions, everyone at Escape has gone over and above to help us. Great company, great product, would definitely recommend it. It is well with the wait!
