★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a trailer from Karim Madi. After looking last season and weighing our options. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He did not try to show us anything that we were not looking for or outside of our needs. Our experience was enjoyable and easy.
Shannon in finance was wonderful to deal with and it was an easy process. We look forward to enjoying our outings this year not in a tent.

Clayton in finance also made sure we had the best financing options available and was a pleasure to work with. The demonstration on our travel trailer’s features were excellent, and we left feeling confident. We highly recommend this team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a used trailer (2020) from Fraserway RV Abbotsford in August. Shortly after the slide out stopped working. I took it back to them and they informed me that there is no warranty on my unit. Apparently the floor sagged and this is not considered a moving part. I expressed my disappointment that I was going to have a big repair bill on a 2020 trailer that I’ve owned for 6 months. My service advisor Josh agreed that it wasn’t right and to leave it with him. Josh called me back a while later and told me that Fraserway RV will cover 100% of the cost. Showing me that they value me even after sale. Josh and his team did a remarkable job on the repair, and always kept me in the loop. Thanks to Josh and his team for a job well done. I highly recommend Fraserway RV for all you RV needs. They will look after you.

I also had a great experience with Shannon, the finance manager. I got exactly what I requested and she went above and beyond to help me transfer my insurance.

Desmond, our salesman, he was the absolute best in explaining and showing details and super patient with us. We met him the first time in 2021, showing us all the options that were available and this year again he was there for us, always going extra miles to make our customer experience the best possible. If you want an RV and a 5 ⭐️ service, Desmond is definitely the person to go to.
