★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brent came to our place and was a wealth of information and I was immediately at ease as he answered all my questions very professionally but also in a friendly manner. The installers did a wonderful job and the follow up so far has been great. We are very happy with our new furnace and the work they did installing our water heater. It was very important to us to have the work done as quickly as possible and staff at Class A heating were very obliging. Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brent came in and gave us a thorough quote after spending some time looking at our heating system he gave us a reasonable quote for different units. All the prices were closely matched with similar units from other companies. Kevin installed the unit and even helped with the smart thermostat upgrade and did a terrific job with a clean install and very professional attitude and craftsmanship. Very happy with how we were treated and how easily it was to communicate with the company. 5/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it came time to replace our almost 50 year old furnace, A/C unit and 20 year old hot water tank, we wanted to use a local company and chose Class A.
Brent went over our specific installation needs and equipment options, then sent an email with detailed quote for each option. Very reasonable and competitive quotes, including rebates.
Kevin and Sylvain installed our equipment in a professional and clean manner, with attention to detail and we are extremely happy with our new equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Class A to get a quote on a new AC replacement and receptionist was able to get Brent out same day. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendy. We talked about different options, and although there were premium options available, there was zero upsell from Brent, and in fact recommended I go with a more affordable unit as it was more than sufficient for our needs.....so if $$$ was what this company was all about, he certainly passed up the opportunity to oversell my needs.
Once I get the remaining quotes together, I'll take service, integrity, professionalism, and timeliness into consideration and not use price alone as the determining factor....very impressed thus far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first reached out to Brent at Class A Heating after being referred to him from a good friend of mine who was actually working for one of the competition. I was looking to upgrade my furnace and consider prepping for A/C at the same time. He told me if you want the best guy in the game talk to Brent at Class A Heating. One thing I really respected about Brent was his approach - he took a very consultative approach and sought to understand our needs and recommend solutions that filled them. He helped qualify us for the government grants that were available and when it came time to install his team was excellent. The front office scheduled and met the timeline, both office & install team communicated extremely well and his install team cleaned up after themselves and provided just all around friendly customer service. They were a pleasure to have in our home! To top it off 2 weeks after we got our new furnace installed and prepped for A/C our hot water tank went. I emailed Brent at 10:30pm that evening and he replied within the hour letting me know I would receive a phone call first thing in the AM and they would see what they could do to help us out. I received a call at 8am on the button from Nicole in the front office. They re-arranged their teams day and by the end of the day we had our new hot water tank installed. A HUGE thank you to the whole team at Class A Heating for their work! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service! We had to recently make use of their emergency hotline when our a/c didn't want to start up during a heat wave. Brent called us back within minutes and was able to troubleshoot over the phone with us to solve the problem quickly. We also had great experiences with Class A when they installed a new furnace for us 5 years ago and then added the a/c unit last year. Excellent value, competitive prices, and customer service.
