Timing was quick and the install was hitch-free. Contractor was helpful and answered my questions knowledgeably. Everything is up and running and working great! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Sardis Plumbing and Heating for my rental properties for many years. I have always been happy with their service and highly recommend them.
Unfortunately they have been very busy and sending business to ThermalTech Refrigeration. ThermalTech billed me $750 to change a thermocouple and a bleeder valve. They marked up the parts by close to 100% over the publicly advertised values of the parts and they billed me 6 hours to change the two parts.
The job was difficult due to access restrictions - you have to squeeze by or reach around the HW tank - but I have changed the thermocouple myself in less than an hour numerous times over the last 20 years. The bleeder valve simply screws in right on top of the unit. I am shocked that ThermalTech stands by their pricing after my inquiry. It is easily 2-3 times the reasonable cost of a professional re&re even with the access difficulties.
Thermal Tech does not maintain any form of public accountability that I could find so I offer my comments here as they referred me to them.
If Sardis Plumbing and Heating is busy - I’d recommend just waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sardis Plumbing & Heating replaced my gas hot water tank and I was thoroughly impressed with their level of consultation and overall professionalism. They sourced the type of tank I was looking for and consulted me on what would be best fit and there was no up-sell pressure. Alex (the gas fitter) was amazing. Explained the install and went over the features of the new tank. They were in and out within an hour and the finished job looks amazing. Highly recommend!

I called the company and didn't leave a voice mail but was called back by a very congenial gentlemen who booked my appointment for the following day. The HVAC specialist, Bryan Crawford called me to let me know when he would arrive and was prompt, pleasant and very efficient. He gave me heat again which was greatly appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend this business and will definitely use their great service in the future. Many thanks to Alex and Bryan!

He looked over both units and then took the time to explain everything he did and answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable, professional and just a great guy. I would definitely recommend Sardis Plumbing & Heating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My water heater was showing signs of wear and I booked an install of a new water heater 5 days later. I was switching from an electric to gas unit. Unfortunately, the night I accepted the quote and booked the appointment my unit bit the dust.
I had a pretty great experience with Sardis Plumbing & Heating. Alex answered all of my questions, Jeff & crew performed a very exceptional job on the install. Cleaned up after and everything was as good as new!
Great job guys! We love our new unit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sardis Plumbing & Heating performed a number of services for me and I was happy with everything. As a busy person, I appreciated that Alex answered my call after hours and was even able to book an appointment on the spot. Pricing and service were both excellent.
When Aaron was installing my new hot water tank, he advised that there may be a very small amount of additional work needed to fix the pipes leading to the tank as the previous tank was over 20 years old(!) and tanks have since changed shape (and also mine was in a rather tight space). I appreciated the heads up and he managed to make it work without needing to perform the extra work even after I ok'd him to proceed so my appreciation to Aaron for the great installation service and advice as well.
I'm very happy to recommend this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the ducts and vents cleaned on our home, and from the get go Sardis Plumbing and Heating out performed their competitors. The response time with email, answering my questions, and being able to get booked in in a reasonable amount of time (within a week, not months down the road was greatly appreciated.) On cleaning day, the team was very efficient and professional. They shared with me a few helpful tips for my dryer/home (things I wouldn’t have known) and were honest about what I actually needed (they weren’t trying to upsell me things I didn’t need). Pricing is more then fair, and the cleaning itself didn’t take long. Highly recommend!
